Extreme Makeover for Haitian Amputees
Two Scheck & Siress prosthetists made a recent appearance on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition on ABC Tv. The show's producers arranged the opportunity for a 7-year-old girl from Texas to fulfill her dream of helping someone from Haiti walk again. Representing Range of Motion Project, Eric Neufeld CPO and David Rotter CPO converted the girl's used prosthesis into two that were then delivered and fit on 4 and 8 year old girls who both lost their legs in the recent Haitian earthquake.
