Proprio Foot
Proprio Foot from Ossur, is the newest product available from their Bionic Technology Division.
The foot responds to inclines, declines and changing terrain, allowing a more fluid controlled gait. Stairs are also easier to negotiate since the foot can be placed fully on each step. Sitting with the foot flat on the ground is another advantage. Heel heights can be changed easily without affecting the alignment of the prosthesis.
This foot is appropriate for K3 ambulators weighing between 100 to 250 lbs.
